Dolphin Lending Investor, Inc. is a Philippine lending company operating the PesoGO online lending platform. Through the PesoGO mobile application, eligible customers can register, provide the required information, submit a personal-loan application and receive approved funds through a bank account.

The company maintains a separate corporate website and brand website:

Company website: dolphinlendingin.com/layout
Brand: PesoGO
Brand website: pesogo.ph
Android application: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.peso.go.pro.loan

The current Google Play listing identifies Dolphin Lending Investor, Inc. as the developer and operator of PesoGO. The application had more than 500,000 downloads and was updated on July 13, 2026, indicating that the platform remains active.

Under what brand does Dolphin Lending operate?

Dolphin Lending Investor, Inc. primarily provides online loans under the PesoGO brand.

The Credit Information Corporation lists the company under the longer registered description:

Dolphin Lending Investor Inc. doing business under the names and styles of PesoGO, Microloan and BeeLoan.

This means that PesoGO is not the only trade name historically associated with the legal entity. However, PesoGO is the active consumer platform confirmed by the current official website and Google Play application.

Customers applying through PesoGO should verify that the application developer is shown as Dolphin Lending Investor, Inc. Applications using the names Microloan or BeeLoan should be checked separately because their current availability and official download channels were not confirmed during this review.

PesoGO loan conditions

The current official application publishes the following general conditions:

  • Loan amount: ₱1,000 to ₱30,000;
  • Repayment period: 185 to 210 days;
  • APR: 10% to 33%;
  • Application method: through the PesoGO Android application;
  • Disbursement: to the borrower’s bank account;
  • Minimum age: over 18;
  • Employment requirement: a stable job and income.

These are the published product limits rather than guaranteed conditions for every customer. Approval for the full ₱30,000 and the longest 210-day term depends on the company’s assessment and the options displayed in the individual account.

The borrower should check the individual Disclosure Statement before accepting an offer. The principal, net proceeds, interest rate, repayment term and total amount payable may differ from the maximum figures shown in the application store.

PesoGO loan-cost example

PesoGO publishes a representative calculation for a ₱20,000 loan issued for 185 days at an annual interest rate of 24%.

The example is presented as follows:

  • principal: ₱20,000;
  • repayment period: 185 days;
  • annual interest rate: 24%;
  • interest: approximately ₱2,432;
  • total repayment: approximately ₱22,432.

The company calculates the interest using the following method:

₱20,000 × 24% ÷ 365 × 185 = approximately ₱2,432.

Under this example, the borrower receives the full ₱20,000 and repays approximately ₱2,432 above the principal.

The example does not guarantee that every borrower will receive a 24% rate. PesoGO publishes an APR range of 10% to 33%, so the cost of another loan may be different.

Who can apply for a PesoGO loan?

The official application lists three basic eligibility conditions:

  • the applicant must be a resident Filipino;
  • the applicant must be over 18 years old;
  • the applicant must have a stable job and income.

Meeting these conditions does not guarantee approval. Dolphin Lending Investor, Inc. may assess the applicant’s identity, employment, income, device information and other credit-related data before deciding whether to offer a loan.

The public application listing does not specify:

  • a maximum applicant age;
  • a required minimum monthly income;
  • a minimum length of employment;
  • one guaranteed loan limit for new customers;
  • a complete list of accepted government IDs;
  • whether self-employed applicants are eligible.

The exact requirements should be checked in the current PesoGO application.

Documents and information required

PesoGO instructs customers to log in and complete the information requested through the mobile application. The public product description does not provide a complete document checklist.

Depending on the current verification process, an applicant may be asked to provide:

  • full legal name;
  • date of birth;
  • residential address;
  • Philippine mobile number;
  • employment and income information;
  • a valid government-issued ID;
  • a selfie or other identity-verification image;
  • bank-account details for disbursement;
  • other information necessary for credit assessment.

Only the fields actually displayed in the official application should be treated as current requirements. Identification documents and bank information should not be submitted through an unofficial website, APK file, social-media account or personal messaging profile.

How to apply for a PesoGO loan

1. Download the official application

PesoGO is available through Google Play.

Android application: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.peso.go.pro.loan

The developer must be shown as:

Dolphin Lending Investor, Inc.

The official listing had more than 500,000 downloads when reviewed.

2. Register or log in

The applicant opens the application and creates an account or logs in using the information requested by PesoGO.

An active mobile number may be needed for verification codes, account notifications and payment reminders. The phone number should belong to the applicant and remain accessible during the loan period.

3. Complete the application form

The customer enters the personal, contact, employment and income information required by the platform.

The information must be accurate and consistent with the applicant’s identification documents. Incomplete or contradictory information may delay the review or lead to rejection.

4. Complete identity verification

The applicant may be asked to submit a government-issued ID and complete a selfie or other verification procedure.

The customer should upload documents only through the official PesoGO application. Passwords, PINs and one-time verification codes should never be disclosed to another person.

5. Provide bank-account information

The official application description states that approved money is deposited into the borrower’s bank account.

The applicant should verify:

  • account holder’s name;
  • bank name;
  • account number;
  • other transfer details requested by the application.

Incorrect bank information may delay or prevent disbursement.

6. Submit the application

After completing the required information, the applicant sends the request and waits for the review.

PesoGO advertises quick approval and real-time loan disbursement. These statements describe the platform’s intended processing model but do not guarantee immediate approval or transfer for every applicant.

7. Review the individual loan offer

Before confirming the transaction, the customer should check:

  • approved principal;
  • amount that will actually be received;
  • APR;
  • total interest;
  • any disclosed service, processing or transaction fee;
  • repayment period;
  • number of payments;
  • payment dates;
  • total repayment;
  • overdue charges.

The loan should be evaluated using the total amount payable rather than the advertised principal alone.

Approval and disbursement

PesoGO advertises real-time approval and disbursement, but the public listing does not state a maximum guaranteed processing time.

The review may take longer when:

  • the submitted ID is unclear;
  • the applicant’s information cannot be verified;
  • employment or income information is incomplete;
  • the bank-account details are incorrect;
  • additional risk or fraud checks are required;
  • banking systems are temporarily unavailable.

Submitting a completed application does not guarantee approval. Dolphin Lending Investor, Inc. may decline the request or offer a lower amount based on its assessment.

Interest and additional fees

The official application publishes an APR range of 10% to 33%. It also advertises that PesoGO has no hidden fees.

The phrase “no hidden fees” should not be interpreted as meaning that the loan is free of all charges. It means that legitimate interest and any applicable charges should be disclosed before the customer confirms the transaction.

The borrower should compare:

  • principal;
  • net proceeds;
  • nominal interest;
  • effective interest rate;
  • service or processing fees, if applicable;
  • payment-channel fees;
  • total repayment.

The published representative example does not include a separate service fee, but applicants should still inspect their individual Disclosure Statement for any current charges.

PesoGO repayment

The public website and Google Play description do not provide a complete list of current repayment channels.

Borrowers should follow only the instructions shown in:

  • the official PesoGO application;
  • the individual Disclosure Statement;
  • the signed loan agreement;
  • a verified customer-service communication.

Before making a payment, the customer should confirm:

  • official biller or recipient;
  • loan or customer reference number;
  • amount due;
  • due date;
  • applicable payment-channel fee.

Payments should not be transferred to an unidentified personal bank account or e-wallet belonging to someone claiming to be a PesoGO agent.

Receipts and transaction-reference numbers should be retained until the payment appears in the account.

Early repayment

The public application description does not explain whether a customer can settle a PesoGO loan early or whether early repayment reduces future interest.

A borrower planning to pay before the scheduled maturity date should first request a settlement calculation through the official customer-service channel. The calculation should confirm:

  • outstanding principal;
  • accrued interest;
  • any applicable charges;
  • final settlement amount;
  • date through which the amount remains valid.

The account should not be considered closed until PesoGO confirms that no balance remains.

Late payment

PesoGO’s public product description does not publish one universal late-payment penalty, overdue interest rate or collection fee.

The applicable consequences should be stated in the individual loan agreement. They may include:

  • overdue interest or penalties;
  • collection communication;
  • restriction of access to new loans;
  • transfer of the account to an authorized collection provider;
  • reporting of payment information to the Philippine credit-information system.

Customers who expect difficulty making a payment should contact PesoGO before the due date and request written information about any available arrangement.

Credit reporting

Dolphin Lending Investor, Inc. appears in the Credit Information Corporation’s current records under the trade names PesoGO, Microloan and BeeLoan.

This means that relevant information about a borrower’s loan and payment history may be included in the Philippine credit-information system.

A missed or seriously overdue payment may therefore affect future applications with other lenders that use credit information in their assessments.

Personal information and application permissions

The PesoGO privacy policy identifies Dolphin Lending Investor, Inc. as the operator and data controller of the service.

The current Google Play data-safety disclosure states that the application may collect:

  • location information;
  • personal information;
  • several additional categories of data.

The listing also states that information is encrypted during transmission and that users may request deletion of their data.

Financial SMS information

The company’s current privacy-policy description states that its system processes messages containing finance-related terms, such as:

  • loan;
  • credit;
  • repayment;
  • bills;
  • due;
  • interest;
  • wallet;
  • fraud.

Applicants should review the precise permission request shown by the application before granting access.

Location and device information

The Google Play disclosure confirms that location information may be collected. Other device or application data may be processed for identity verification, fraud prevention, account security and credit-risk assessment.

The applicant should grant only the permissions required by the official application and should review Android settings when a permission no longer appears necessary.

Data protection and deletion

The Google Play listing states that PesoGO encrypts data in transit and permits users to request deletion. It also states that, according to the developer’s declaration, data is not shared with third parties.

However, information may still need to be processed where required to:

  • administer an active loan;
  • process disbursement or repayment;
  • prevent fraud;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • maintain required credit records;
  • recover an unpaid balance.

A deletion request may therefore not result in the immediate removal of information connected with an outstanding loan or mandatory record-retention period.

On June 28, 2024, at around 7:00 P.M. I tried to make a loan of P5,000.00 with MicroLoan. In a few seconds, it said successful, but I did not check my GCash account immediately. On the following day, since I was also expecting cash-ins from my officemate, I checked my Transaction history. I received 2 cash-ins: P4,816.29 from Unionbank, and P3,250.00 from AllBank (A Thrift Bank), Inc. with account number XXXXX051 and invno. 20240628OPDVPHM1XX XB00000005874XXXX (Reference No. 501870243XXXX). This morning, I received numerous text messages from your collectors, mostly rude and some were threatening to post my loan on FB if I did not do it immediately. I checked the MicroLoan app, I was asked to pay the amount of P5,350.00. I was shocked to learn that for the 5k loan, I only received P3,250. with a service fee of P1,750. and interest of P350.00 for 6 days or a total fee/interest of 42% or equivalent to P2,100. That's too high! If I only knew that the service fee was too high, I should have canceled it. Collecting high service fees and interest, MICROLOAN is not helping the people in need, rather, you made their lives miserable. I am willing to pay my loan but you have to take a look at your service fee. Is this allowed by the Securities and Exchange Commission?

I am writing this to formally address the recent series of actions taken by your company (PESOGO), which I find to be unwarranted and unacceptable. The correspondence I receive today, regarding the upcoming deadline for my first payment has left me profoundly distressed and concerned. Your threats of public shaming and the dissemination of my personal information to various government agencies, as outlined in your communication, are distressing and inappropriate. It is crucial that you understand that such practices are not in line with ethical business conduct and may be construed as harassment. I wish to remind you that I have diligently met my financial obligations and have every intention of fulfilling my payment responsibilities. However, the aggressive and intimidatory methods employed by your organization are not conducive to a respectful and professional client-provider relationship. I urge you to cease all coercive actions and reconsider your approach to communication with clients. I take my data privacy seriously and will not tolerate any further threats or attempts to intimidate me into compliance. I request that you acknowledge the receipt of this email and confirm in writing that the aforementioned actions will be immediately halted. Failure to do so may result in me pursuing formal complaints with relevant regulatory authorities. I trust that you will address this matter with the gravity and urgency it deserves. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution that upholds the principles of transparency and respect in our interactions.

i am filing a complain to Dolphin Lending under the Loan app PESOGO. They also sent me money in Gcash for 2 seperate amounting to almost 12K one is amount of 8k + and 2k + of loans with an interest of 14k and 4k each without my permission and without clicking to apply. I can see that in the same reviews here they are doing this unlawful practice with their Loan apps found in Playstore. i wont disclose any transaction reference here for privacy reason. i have already sent bunch of emails to them because they wpnt answer any calls from the numbers they are using to call me and sma txt harrassing me to pay. This apps should be reported because of their Unlawful practice of Unauthorized disbursement of money and using borrowers info. Beware of these loan apps and even they are SEC registered their process is not right considering High Interest rate.

Please check this matter ,I had been a good client to you but no plans of reloaning yet . Respectfully yours Cherry Gay L.Baylosis Contract no 0948-609-3083
