How to Register?

1. Click on the «Register» or «Sign Up» button (usually located in the top‑right corner).
2. Fill in the required personal information: Full name, Contact number, Email address, Desired password (follow the specified criteria, e.g., minimum 8 characters, including letters and numbers)
3. Agree to the terms and conditions (check the box if required).
4. Verify your phone number or email via the confirmation code sent to you.
5. Complete the registration. You’ll be redirected to your new personal account.

How to Log In?

1. Click on the «Log In» or «Sign In» button.
2. Enter your registered email address or phone number.
3. Type in your password.
4. Click «Log In».
5. If enabled, complete any additional security verification (e.g., SMS code).
6. You’ll be directed to your personal account dashboard.

Personal Account Features

Once logged in, your Kviku personal account provides access to:

• Loan applications: Submit new loan requests and track their status.
• Account dashboard: View your current balance, loan limits, and active agreements.
• Payment history: Check past transactions and repayment records.
• Personal details: Update your contact information, address, or other profile data.
• Document management: Upload or review required documents for loan processing.
• Notifications: Receive alerts about payments, approvals, or account changes.
• Customer support: Access chat or contact options for assistance.
• Security settings: Manage two‑factor authentication or change your password.

How to Reset a Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. On the login page, click «Forgot Password?» or a similar link.
2. Enter your registered email address or phone number.
3. Click «Send Reset Link» or «Submit».
4. Check your email or phone for a password reset link/code.
5. Follow the link or enter the code to create a new password.
6. Confirm the new password and log in with it.

How to Delete an Account?

To delete your Kviku account:

1. Log in to your personal account.
2. Navigate to «Settings» or «Account Settings» (usually found in the user menu).
3. Look for «Delete Account», «Close Account», or a similar option.
4. Review any warnings or requirements (e.g., outstanding loans must be settled).
5. Confirm your identity (may require a verification code or additional info).
6. Submit the deletion request.
7. Wait for confirmation: Kviku may take a few days to process the request and send a final confirmation email.

Note:

• Ensure all loans are repaid before requesting deletion.
• Deleting your account will remove access to your data and services.
