I cant download your tala app
I had decent experiences with Tala for small loans, but recently hit a snag. I sent a fund transfer request and it got delayed for almost two days. Customer service was slow to reply—only after I filled their online form did I get a response. I felt left hanging, and that’s not cool in emergencies. If you try Tala, make sure your phone number and email are updated for quick contact, and be aware there might be occasional delays. I wish their support team was faster when things go wrong.
